After training as a chef at 17 Karen had a fast track hotel management career and then set up a highly successful event management company – which she had for 21 years. She has always maintained her love of food and 9 years ago studied how the mind works – pulling the love of food, knowledge of nutrition and understanding of how we can tap into more of our minds she first got rid of her own IBS and excess weight and then started coaching women globally.

Susan Tomlinson
